Wow! Thank you so much for everything you are doing. It’s enormous to me and my family and monstrous to so many warriors! From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
I wanted to say thanks and tell you how much I appreciate the gifts. It brought a smile to my face last night and couldn’t believe this was possible.
Words cannot explain how much this means to me and my family. I am beginning my second semester back to college and this will play a big role with studies. I never thought I would be given something like this for doing something that I loved., and that is serving my country. Semper Fi! The iPad will undoubtedly help me regain some normalcy as I learn how to cope with my TBI. Thank you for supporting service members in their time of need.
Oh, my God, the iPad was a joy but there was more. Thank you for all the extra stuff. When I get ok with my finances I will send you money to help other soldiers get an iPad. Thank you again and I pray that God may continue to bless you all.
When first hearing about your organization I was a bit in disbelief that there were still good and patriotic people in this country willing to do such a caring thing. Your gift is more appreciated that you will ever know. One day I hope to pay it forward and donate so someone like me can enjoy it as much as I will. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Semper Fi
I want to thank you for such an amazing gift. I have never received any gift and thankful card such as what you guys sent me. I felt like a kid on Christmas morning! You have definitely made me feel appreciated! I love the engraving on the back of the iPad! Amazing!
I apologize for the late reply but I’ve been extremely busy with medical concerns and preparing for school. From the bottom of my heart, thank you very much. I use this thing every day and truly respect what you and your team do for veterans.
Thank you so much. We have one vehicle, clip coupons, share the one flip style phone, and slowly pay off our debt from when Mark was injured in Afghanistan. As wife and VA designated caregiver for Mark, I choose to stay at home and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The VA pays $500 a month for that. We chose not to file bankruptcy, we made our debt and God has given us common sense and discipline to repay it. We actually went 4 years without a furnace and when I came across your information I thought it would be a nice lift to our spirits with something we wouldn’t be able to purchase for years. We did not exchange Christmas gifts this year and Mark’s birthday is coming in January so it is a perfect timing for a pick me up for him. Thank you repeatedly.
I just wanted to thank you guys so much for this amazing gift. 2017 started off pretty rough but it seems you guys are helping turn things around for me. Long story short- you guys are amazing and keep up the great work.
So Happy! I’ve never had an iPad before, I still have a flip phone! My buddy is getting me all setup. This is so cool. I really appreciate it a lot.
Just wanted to let you guys know I received the iPad. I have had it a few days now and it is fully integrated into my life. I cannot begin to thank you enough.
I want to thank you and everyone involved, especially the donors for this amazing gift. I am hoping that it will help me with my memory loss issues that resulted from my TBO. Once again, thanks to everyone for making this happen!
Justin received his iPad yesterday and was about in tears. He is so happy and thankful for everything that your organization does. He had no idea it was coming so to see his face light up when reading the card was magical. He started storing all his appointments on it with the first. He stated last night “I would serve my country all over again if they would let me. I am truly honored to have been part of something bigger than me to help make our home a safe place.”
My husband received his iPad in Dec 2016, and I can not begin to tell you the independence it has given him. He is taking the initiative to set his own alarms as he has memory loss from his TBI injury in 2012. He has started Telehealth, which is a VA program to treat Vets via computer for therapy. This has been great for both him & I as its one less medical center apt a week! Being in comfort at home in his therapy Telehealth has been a tremendous in his treatment being effective. Also being able to play his brain games for his cognitive speech therapy & having access to the VA portal & medical records has been amazing. He is now synced with his medical appointment calendar & my emails to be able to remind himself of what is going on around him, without always having to ask his caregiver (me) every half hour. I can not express how much this iPad has helped my husband in his recovery and gaining some independence! Thank you, a thousand times, THANK YOU! Semper Fi!!
Wow, I can’t even thank you all enough! I just received the package and I am speechless!
Wish the world was filled with people like you. We will think of something to pay it forward to your organization.
I wanted to give you a quick update. My wife used to hound me to write things down because I would forget things like appointments, but the iPad has really helped. Thank you again!
I cannot express how thankful I am to you and your organization…
Thank you, I will treasure it.
I received the iPad on March 29, 2016. Last year on that date one of my Marines lost his battle with his own demons and took his life. Your iPad gave me a little something to smile about that day. It will always have a special meaning to me know, more that you could know.
The engraving was shocking and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you iWarriors, this means the world to me.
Not only am I grateful, but my wife is as well. She knows that the iPad will help with my poor memory in regards to doctor appointments, notes, and apps for memory therapy.
It is more that an iPad. It is the meaning behind the gesture. Thank You
I received my iPad and I can’t thank you enough. It’s a wonderful gift as I recover from knee replacement and future surgeries.
I appreciate great Americans like you that love and respect our troops so much. It is the reason I fight medical separation, so that I may continue to serve in the Navy, my nation, and great people like you.
It is a great feeling to know there are people who appreciate what I/we did overseas.
Thank you again so much!
What an awesome surprise, it made my week and shows first hand that there are wonderful people out there like iWarriors, that are fully intent on displaying their gratitude for service members and their sacrifices. This will be used to aid me in my search for employment as well as my school studies.
I got to say that I never expected a package from the UPS lady. Especially one with my name on it. You guys are awesome. When I opened it my 12 year old daughter was there. She initially thought it was for her; I thought it was too. With my injuries I’ve been known to forget…..everything. The card by itself was enough to make me want to tear up; the inscription on the back did. This gift couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve actually been feeling a little down lately. Thank you for choosing me for this, and thank you for everyone else before me, and after. This gift will be well used. Just a card shows that people care. This is above and beyond. Thank you again “Deeds not Words”.
Thank you Iwarriors and everyone involved with your very generous organization. I received a package in the mail yesterday and was stunned when I saw that there was the most thoughtful gift I have ever received from people I have never met. I really thought it was too good to be true. I was extremely happy when I opened my package. Not just because there was an iPad in there, but because of the time and care that was put into making this wonderful gift for me. The first thing I had opened was the card and was stunned when I read a personalized note written specifically for me and not a generic saying. Me and my family are so happy that there are people out there that still care about the struggles of our wounded warriors in these times when we feel forgotten. Thank everyone again who is involved in this amazing program you are very much in my thoughts.
I am completely blown away, I never expected to find all the extras inside the box and the inscription on the back of the ipad had me choked up. Thank you so very much. I never expected anything like this I am truly thankful very for everything!
Thank you guys so much for all you do, it is greatly appreciated. What you do may seem like a small gesture but to those on the receiving end it means a lot more. Thank you for your support and ongoing efforts. From veterans everywhere, we are forever grateful.
I cannot thank you enough times to everyone involved for my new iPad. I have used it every day since getting it. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Semper Fi!
I received my package and I was like “wow! I got an iPad!”, then I opened it. I saw everything inside and I got choked up at the way it was wrapped and everything that came with it. The case, the cards, the everything. When I opened the card you wrote, I got a happy feeling that I haven’t felt in a long time. Someone, that doesn’t know me, wrote this card, and sent all this nice stuff…. Then I opened the iPad and I saw the back of it, with my unit, and name and the motto on there. That sent me into tears. I have not cried in years, I had grown numb to my feelings. They were happy tears. Thanks again so much, this email was written on my new iPad!You are great people, thank you thank you thank you.

Good afternoon, My name is Sgt Kaleb Weakley and I recently received a personalized iPad from you all at Balboa Naval Hospital and I wanted to again say thank you for what you did for myself and my fellow Marines. Your service and dedication to help our wounded heroes is inspiring and I wanted to say thank you again.
Thank you for your recent gift to my son Cpl. Austin Wells. Words can not describe the excitement he exuded sharing your gift with us. His hands shook as he showed us the inscription. It’s good to see him happy. YOU did that. We are eternally grateful. We have made a small donation in YOUR honor. Thank you for YOUR time and service to our wounded warriors. God Bless.
